What we collect

When you book an appointment, we collect:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• The service and appointment time you choose
• Any notes you add when booking

We don't ask for or collect payment details through this site.

How we use it

• To confirm, manage, and remind you about your appointment
• To contact you if we need to follow up on a booking request
• To keep our own appointment schedule — your appointment details may be added to the salon's internal Google Calendar, which only salon staff can see

We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing, and we don't use it for advertising.

How it's stored

Booking information is stored securely on our server and kept for as long as reasonably needed to provide our services and keep basic business records.

Cookies

The public booking pages don't use tracking or advertising cookies. A login cookie is used only for salon staff signing in to manage bookings.

Your choices

Every booking confirmation includes a link to view or cancel that booking yourself. To ask about or request removal of your information, contact the salon directly using the phone number you booked with.
